i present to u all: "CiRCLE of the Hill"
based on my fond memories of a certain show that i watched as a kid even though i was probably too young to be watching
Misaki, Yukina, Ran, and Arisa are all standing outside CiRCLE in the shade. They each have a hand in a pocket of their dad jeans, and they all carry a Boost Drink in the other.
"How'd practice go, Ran?" Yukina asks.
"Same as always."
"I heard they brought in some of them newfangled Yamaha P-125s to the music store," Yukina says.
"Hoowee, do those babies sing," Arisa says, adjusting her sunglasses. "Bought one of 'em just the day before. Kicks like a darn fine stallion, tell you what."
The girls all crack their Boost Drinks open and take sips at varying intervals.
"Heh, yeah. Oh, Misaki, how'd that last concert of yours go? Couldn't make it, had to help my pa string up some old guitars," Yukina says.
"Dang concert went fantastic, talkin' bout big ol balloons, big tiger. big ol woman jumpin' in flames toot toot all bright, know what I'm sayin' like WOOOO then dang ol POOF musta, shoot--lost my mind dang ol woke up; i ain't know who but dang ol, someone--wild folk done snatched m'credit card and then that; talkin' 'bout fan-ta-stic." Misaki concludes with a whistle and a chug of her Boost Drink.
"Ha, nice. Cheers to that, girls," Yukina says, offering to begin the session.
A round of cheers follows as they roughly toast their cans together and fall silent once more.
"... Yeah. Alright then, take care, girls." Yukina finishes her drink and so do the other girls. They all give a brief wave and state some variation of 'goodbye' before walking off in different directions.
