Dear BanPa Community,

I may have already submitted a letter to Harohapi but I need to say this. The Banpa community also deserves all of my thanks.

When I first joined this site 2 years ago, I didn't intend to get involved with the community here. Then I made my first ever post here. It wasn't an introduction, art or anything like that. My phone broke so I had lost my data. That was ages ago when i look back on it.

At some point, I made Picsart edits. Those were fun times. This time was about the time where people like Allicat (Ducky mom) and BushidoDad were very active. It was also at this point where crazy events happened on this site.

The Smol/Tol War, the Google Survey trend which even I had a dabble in, the Bandorisona trend and even the Character Sorter trend. These were all fun things that happened because of our community.

While there aren't as many crazy things happening now, I still love this site. The people are so nice and this is the first time I have been involved with a fandom like this. I know that some people have left or haven't posted in a while but that hasn't stopped this place from growing.

I have to mention some of the notable people here, shouldn't I? People like Kaiton, Megggles, Can_I_Join_Hello_Happy_World, Akaoi and everyone else! You are all amazing!

I know that I don't post much about Bandori but I do love it so much and this place is something special to me. I can just let loose.

I guess all I can say is thank you. Thank you to everyone here for making this site what it is.

You are my everything in Bandori. For months, you’ve stuck with me, crying with me when I don’t get a four star, screaming with joy with me when I get one. Patting me on the back when I get a 25-level FC.

So maybe you haven’t actually been there. So maybe you’ve just been in my mind, but you still mean the world to me.

I’ll admit that at first, I didn’t really care for you (it seems impossible now, but . . .) and instead paid more attention to some of the other characters I liked, like Ran and Kanon and Hagumi (although I don’t really care for Hagu anymore.)

But when I got the part of you for a comic dub on another website, I had to dig a little deeper to discover how I should portray your voice in English.

I discovered lots. I discovered your love of bonsai, the way you would rather stay inside all day by yourself than go outside and interact with people, and the way you can’t stop surfing the Internet. I can relate to the last two things (I don’t do bonsai but I saw a little bonsai kit at a bookstore and I may just have to try it in honor of you.)

Just like you, social interaction just doesn’t come naturally to me. I’d be much happier to just be left to my own devices— literally— than go and do stuff with my peers.

And the internet thing.

Just yeah.

After all this ‘research,’ I discovered I really did like you more than I thought I did at first. At the time, Moca was my favorite, but without me even noticing, you were creeping up the list.

And soon you became my favorite, and have been for the last long while. I can’t even remember when the ‘last long while’ started.

An overall summary? You are amazing and beautiful and wonderful and smart and kind and perfect in your own tsundere-sweetheart way. You are incredible and don’t let anybody tell you otherwise.

I’m sorry this is so long and you probably don’t have time to read it. Also you’d better believe I talk about you to everyone.

Hot take alert:

Roselia-centric stories are always the best ones out of all of them. The character developments, the interactions, the fact that they’re continuously pushing each other to be better but also keep their personalities and character traits. None of the other band-centric stories have ever emotionally touched me like Roselia has. Really, when I look at the others, they all kind of boil down to the same thing for me that kind of makes me not care or what to read it.

Whatever band Saya was in and Glitter Green: They practically don’t exist

HHW probably comes second to Roselia because they’re just the kind of wacky Saturday morning cartoon that I like and they’re stories aren’t deep, but their development is still meaningful to me. But if I want something that hits me in the emotions and will legit make me cry, Roselia has me so covered.

That may change if/when RAS is added in the game, but right now Roselia’s stories are giving people more reason to love them. (Or hate them cause this is the Internet and it’s a popular hobby to hate something that’s popular).

Just want to draw attention that the new costumes have event-unique actions/expressions but in particular I want to focus on Yukina's 4th unique action.

If there is a Year 3 event that I am super excited to read, it's this one.

I think my excitement for JP's 3rd Anniversary is reaching new heights.

A couple days ago, I was thinking about the 2nd Anniversary celebration art and the '2' finger sign (this one), which then led to me holding out my right hand with my thumb, index and middle fingers up (and yes, I did search that just to make sure I got the right names). Now, I have a really bad urge to do the sign whenever I can and I've noticed that my right hand is naturally doing the sign, when I walk, when I push up my glasses, EVERYTHING. It's the EXPOSE finger gun situation again (which is forever ongoing if you ever thought I stopped), expect this time instead for one song, it's all the time!

3rd Anniversary is gonna be something special! I just know it!

Craftegg's blatant Yukina favoritism is making me sick. Other girls like Kaoru, Tomoe, and Tsugumi only have 6/7 4* cards and here Yukina is getting her 11th 4*... I'm not sure what the fandom is like in Japan, since I only follow up here, so unless Yukina is top shit in Japan, this doesn't make sense. If any girl should be having an absurd amount of 4s, it should be Kasumi since, I dunno, she's literally the MAIN FUCKING CHARACTER AND FACE OF BANDORI. Maybe I'm biased because I honestly am not a big fan of Yukina, but I don't think that's the case since I love Misaki, and I still get upset over the fact that she has 10 4s while many other girls are very underappreciated.

In conclusion, Yukina is giving me more reasons to strongly dislike her.
