You ever think about how the openings to Neo-Aspect and ZEAL of proud are kind of similar
It's not a perfect match, but that guitar section just after Yukina/Aiai's first few lines (and directly before the first verse) feels similarish to guitar section in the beginning of ZEAL of proud (which also directly before the first verse)
And both songs, canonically, are written/released during events that have major story beats in Roselia's arc. Neo-Aspect is all about Roselia coming to an understanding of each other and resolving to work towards their goal (Future World Fes) together as one after going through their first low point as a band, while ZEAL of proud (as far as I can tell, because I haven't played the event and I'm working solely off the translated lyrics) is about Roselia starting to take those first steps after achieving their goal of playing at Future World Fes on the path that they chose during Song I am.
Neo-Aspect was the start of their closer bond and ZEAL of proud builds on that, taking it further beyond the original heights they set their sights upon, and I feel like musically that's what happens between each song. The melody I mentioned before in Neo-Aspect sort-of-but-not-really shows up in ZEAL of proud, but it's different enough to stand out on its own and calls back to its roots in Neo-Aspect (because I distinctly remember thinking "huh, this reminds me of something" every time I listen to ZEAL of proud)
now was this all intentional when elements garden wrote ZEAL of proud? ehhh that's debatable
is my conspiracy brain cell working overtime? oh definitely
