My Favourite 2019 Garupa Memory

...well, two of them. This is specifically talking about memories from PLAYING Garupa. I say this because of what I want to talk about tomorrow... Anyway, the more I thought, there are two moments I wanted to share from 2019, both fairly recently as well. Both have accompanying screenshots as well, which helps. So...

1. Wholehearted Song for Me

I will never forget what this event meant for me. The journey up to the event, using up everything I've earned and, of course, the first T100 (and probably the only I'll get for a long time) It still means T100 in the end, but I'm gonna keep playing up that I was the highest non-T10 score. I don't have anything to add about the lead up to this event (which I will shamefully plug here), but I do have something to add post-event. I've been so much happier since it finished. As if it was me prior-Sep happy. For being my birthday month, Sep was kinda... not good, huh..? Eh, whatever. I've been able to let go of this massive weight I've been building up since the start of this year, and I'm keeping this happiness into 2020.

2. EXPERT PASSIONATE ANTHEM

Now this is something I can't let go... even if letting go is definitely the right way of going about things. I still think 2018 had the largest improvement based on skill (on Garupa) but 2019 is when I improved to play more precisely and start AP'ing. I miss being able to see improvements via FCs, but at least APs fill that void somewhat, albeit infrequently because it has to be perfect, rather than mastered. But this screenshot... is both my favourite and most hated moment from in-game Garupa. On one hand, it shows just how much I've improved since Apr 2018 and Aug 2018 when I picked Garupa up again (IMO, it is the best result I've had overall). On the other... APs are brutal... and it takes one little slip-up to ruin everything. I can still improve, and in 2020 I'm going to master Garupa. I'm going to get my revenge on PASSIONATE ANTHEM one day...

This is actually one more memory I wanted to talk about... but I think I can wait 4 more days. If you know what happened on 3rd Jan 2019, you might know what I'm gonna talk about. It's also the start of my favourite memory with BanG Dream! in 2019, so added bonus.

Hey guys!! haha yes it is me slightly greasy-haired uglee Neko in an oversized Girls Band Party hoodie~ it's so comfy and I love it I haven't stopped wearing it since I got it... and to present (one of my) most beloved presents I've received this Christmas - a really good quality cat eared headset! It lights up n stuff and I've already used them quite a bit since I've had them. I also ordered School Days Moca which was delivered around this time so I consider it a present to myself (gotta show some love to yourself?) but yes!!!! she's beautiful!!! 10/10 would buy all of my best girls but then my desk would be full of figurines... too full for anything else (ﾟωﾟ；)

also... although bandori didn't give me christmas Moca... a little someone that I tried super hard to get last year popped her little head in yesterday...
