Just a little shoutout to the Garupa support desk! I wasn't able to get into my account, so I went through the account recovery process and they were super helpful and fast, only took 2 days to get my account back. So kudos to the Garupa staff for helping me!! If anyone who reads this ever has to do the process then I can confirm myself that they're very friendly and the process itself isn't hard at all (even google translate is a big help if you don't know a lot of Japanese like me)!
