I wish I could do this with Hiyori, but she doesn't want to come home (and doesn't have enough 4* anyway) T-T

Whats the rank titles are based on? It's my first time going for an event title and I wnat the top 5000 one. Is the rank the one for points earned or highest score on the event song?
