• this song takes me BACK oh my goodness its just so groovy and emotional. i feel like roselia could totally do a dramatic but still groovy version and yukina's vocals are for sure up to par w/ the lady thats singing here so this one is surely for them

• theres a lot of songs from naruto that might work, like totsugeki rock especially, but this one is just nuts, i want to learn how to play it so bad. the drumming just feels super right for afterglow, and the song also feels cool & laidback, and tbh i just want to hear ran scream "yOUu AarRE MY fREN AHhAAA" with her hella squeaky voice hitting like 7 different high notes

• ok look i know its not super fast or anything, but after seeing afterglow do stuff like jamboree journey and rambling memory, this could fit in with that whole super chill but still passionate vibe they have going on sometimes. i think it rly fits their whole punk too cool to care look despite the slowish tempo

poppin'party: their songs are good, except they're the types of songs that you have to listen to them a few times before you can really feel 'em. like i used to hate yumemiru sunflower until i put it on loop for about an hour and i got really into it.

afterglow: also very good songs but the previews in the game desTROY them. there's no real good way to cut an afterglow song into game length. songs like jamboree journey and true color have abysmal previews but the rest of the song absolutely BOPS

roselia: this is a band with too much consistency. they keep making the same songs over and over and Over and it's just dfmgbdhgjkdhfg STOP. my two favorite roselia songs, hidamari rhodonite and kiseki, go outside of the 160 to 190 bpm g and/or d major template that most other roselia songs fall under.

pastel palettes: the instruments are really good but aya sounds awful i'm sorry that's all i can say

hello happy world: if roselia has too much consistency than harohapi doesn't have ANY. please i just want another egao no orchestra. please. i'm BEGGING YOU

you know the worst thing about the aftereffects of The Flu Of Terror I was going through last week is that I can'T SING without continuous coughing fits, even speaking is like a coin flip of "will she say a word or will she die", I can't hold a note, and my head voice only works in a laughably low range so basically I have not been able to properly sing for alMOST TWO WEEKS NOW

So, I haven't actually talked about PoPiPa's 13th single, because Jumpin' wasn't really something outstanding imo, it was good, but PoPiPa has better slower songs, and then, comes What's The POPIPA...

I THINK I HAVE A NEW FAVOURITE POPIPA SONG, and the full version isn't even out yet!!? (The best thing is that there's references to all PoPiPa solos.)
