Well, someone is really excited for the new PasuPare set...

Saw the preview earlier today and decided that I'd spend my whole afternoon recreating them. My room smells amazing now! (And my roommate probably hates me for running around with baking stuff all afternoon) I actually was super scared of the icing part, I have not done this in many years since it always turns out super gooey or runny. Was a bit of a pain to decorate them, but I think it paid off! Can't wait to see what the actual cards will look like! May or may not drop my 10k stars on them, especially if we get a cute Maya or Eve.

(Sorry Maya, I only had Orange so that was the closest to your hair color... I also made a bonus sayo with the blue color, but my phone died so I can't take a picture...)

I realized over the weekend that I've been lurking around for quite a while, yet I haven't introduced myself to y'all!! So...whaddup! I'm Pidge, a 17 y/o (about to be 18 y/o) girl from Florida, USA.

I was introduced to Bandori through a school friend. The account I'm currently playing on - as well as my beautiful Ran (Title: Scarlet スカーレット) card - were hers before she moved to the Japan version. She was kind enough to offer it to me shortly after I started playing. If you see me online, that card is normally my fronting card. I think she's very beautiful!!

My best girl is Kanon Matsubara!! I like to think I'm a mixture between her and Hina - very energetic but easily upset. My favorite song is Koi wa Chaos no Shimobe Nari.

My free time is spent doing a variety of activities! Writing is my go-to hobby. I take free and paid commissions on Tumblr and AO3 (username: birdgirlwrites). If I'm not writing, I'm most likely playing video games. My Top Three Games are Animal Crossing, Pokémon Go, and Bandori! Outside of the house, I really enjoy musical theatre (Favorite: Starlight Express) and cosplay (Favorite: Zacharie | OFF).

Reasons Why I Didn't Expect "My Ideal" Top Ten Thousand To Be My First Event Title:

I had no real intention of playing this event. Well, I did, actually, but there were too many conflicting areas. On Saturday morning, I thought my throat was a little sore, but brushed it off. Sunday afternoon, I was nursing a sinus headache. By Monday morning, I was congested, coughing, and unable to stay awake long enough to play more than two songs. It isn't often that I get sick. When I do, however, I really go down (my asthma makes me prone to bronchitis, and if I had come in a day later, the doctor said I might've had it alongside the flu). I was put on two forms of antibiotics + an inhaler, and by Thursday I was well enough (meaning no longer contagious) to take a prior planned flight to California with my dad.

My dad and I rarely take bonding trips, so I sucked up the last of my flu symptoms and had the TIME of my LIFE in San Francisco! I woke up at 8:30 each morning, and was passed tf out by 10:00 each night (and coming from a FL time zone, no less!!). Between these two things, I had next to no energy to play the "My Ideal" event. On the rare moment I was awake long enough [during the week] or I was waiting for my dad [over the long weekend], I played an easy bop. About two hours before the event ended, though, I actually bothered focus on playing, mostly because I had little else to do (my flight was in the early early morning, so I saw no point in sleeping).

I didn't think these two hours would do anything for me. Apparently, I was wrong! I placed in the top 8000s, and earned myself a top ten thousand title as a result. So, to be honest, I'm rather proud of myself for this :-)

TL;DR : Between catching the flu and traveling to San Francisco, I still managed to place in the top ten thousand for My Ideal. (and subsequently earn my first event title!)
