It's wild that people are acting like the Baby Shark collaboration is the end all for WW server, when it's has been nothing but memes and jokes here since launch two years ago. Players definitely gave their genuine thoughts and concerns about what could be better for the game when that survey dropped, but to think that we were surely going to get something to the equivalent of the JP covers (or even how KR server got Gfriend) is a bit of a stretch... especially when music royalties most definitely played a big part in that for WW server. Music is expensive here, y'all!

Like, the jokes are funny (especially the ones about how it'll be happening during a VS live event) but there are people legitimately acting like this collab is going to ruin their experience in the WW server for good. You aren't being forced to play the song if you don't want to, so please keep that in mind!
