In light of the Prismatic Duo event, I got to thinking.
I always adored the Hikawa Twins and their character arcs together for reasons expected. I loved seeing the distance they had diminish as events go by. It certainly was a long time coming to get to this point of their bond.
So that got me to realize, it's also because I have my own little sister in mind too. I'm not the most reliable or admirable older sister, but I try my hardest when it matters the most. Really, our dynamic is more like the Tomaya sisters.
I've always been super close with my sister ever since I could remember. Sure we've fought a few times, but that's nothing unusual. She's my confidant and my only brain cell lol
ANYWAY Connecting the event to us, our dad loves playing instruments and so he taught us when we were pretty young. We would always have guitar sessions with our acoustics where she'd do the tabs while I played chords. Even now, I'd play the guitar while she'd be on bass every now and then. The sessions are always short, but it's always a fun time.
There's a lot more but all in all, Prismatic Duo reminded me just how much I really cherish our relationship. I really can't imagine what my life would be like without her.
