Your almost dead post spammer Kasei has made a DFv2 Kasumi, and I feel like I've made 10 costumes after doing this one, it just hurt. Also I discovered the stars that are in every part of the costume can't be seen so well, but I won't fix it, or maybe later.
It's all based on KIRA KIRA DOKI DOKI POWER!!1!!1!1!1!1!, I mean as you can see, or mabye it just looks like an Astronomy Popipa set. I don't know anymore
Anyways I decided to tell what Chibi I'm using cause at times is a big deal depending on what idea you have, this time is just Kasumi onstage, I felt like it was the better one for this costume.
