Is it too late for me to create a JP account?

I've been playing bandori for almost 8 months but only EN server because well I don't understand japanese ( I'm working on that tho). So these past few months I've been going back and forth about whether I should create a JP acc, but that would mean I have to invest time to level up the area items, get all the cover songs, etc.....So I'm not sure if I want to start all over again? I need other opinions on the matter. What do you guys think? Should I create the JP account or not?

Wait a sec, I thought it was coming to me at 8:00 PST, since it’s 12:00 JST? Do I need an app update or something?

I can't help but wonder though ... I've seen a lot of people (across platforms) who have Rei/LAYER pretty low on their list. I keep thinking she's gonna do something that'll make people mad at her, but ... she's just been chill & wanting the band to get along and find their special Something like PoPiPa & Roselia. she does have enough screentime, I wouldn't call her boring, of course Raychell's voice is godlike ... what has Rei ever done to you

so, uh, folks who have Rei low on their list: why? I'm not judging, just curious. normally I'd chalk it up to personal taste but I have really seen it like ... a noticeable amount and I need to get behind this.

For Morfonica’s release, I woke up on the 15th my time (it was the 16th in Japan) and the cards+gacha+everything else was already there. Since there will be an event for RAS and not just an initial release date, will I have to wait until the 10th in my time (PST) instead of the 9th because it will start at 11 pm like the other JP events? Lol, most of you probably don’t share my time zone and won’t be able to answer my question (plus I worded it weirdly), I’m just wondering which day RAS will arrive for me XD

I still don't know how to use Bandori Party, so I'd like some help?
