very good hugs
- Aoi is incredibly friend-shaped of course he gives good hugs. just a bit too small to fulfill the perfect hug factor. but he makes the best of his size.
- Ryou is not only a very good hugger, he's also very happy to be hugging everyone. this makes earthlings smile, after all! he actively practices hugging because he wants to get even better at it
- Felix is a super enthusiastic hugger who will also swiftly pull you into a dance. perhaps a bit too much, but you can't help but smile!
- Wataru is just soft overall. he's also very happy to be hugging you. will get a bit flustered, but that's CUTE
awkward but good
- look Ren isn't used to this. once he is, he can easily go up to top tier, but for now he's still kinda ??? on how to initiate a hug or what to do when he's being hugged. but he will learn. already soft enough to warrant hugging
- Reon is a good hugger in theory, he just gets flustered about it super easily, which then ends up making the situation awkward. it is very cute.
- Tomoru wants a hug so bad, he's a lil stiff but he's got the spirit. thankfully he lives with Felix and Daimon, so he can learn

- god Fuuta is SO HAPPY to be hugging you, but he doesn't rly know how to restrain himself. he's more like a big dog that doesn't know if it jumps up on you it'll push you over. and that's mainly what he does. he just jumps at you. banzai
- Koharu is a wonderful hugger when he tries, he works with kids after all. but his friends? yeah prepare to have your spine broken. he does Not hold himself back. but honestly, worth
- Kanata hugs too tight for two reasons: A, he's genuinely that excited, or B, you spent too much time with Haruka and he wants you out of the way. be careful around him.
doesn't hug back
- Yamato isn't rly sure what's happening, nor what he should be doing in this scenario. sometimes Fuuta jumps at him to hug him and he just kinda stands there. Fuuta doesn't mind. do you?
- Rio may be a genius, but despite being in a sport and celebrating victories for a long time, he doesn't ... really know how to hug? an arm over a shoulder, sure. a hair ruffle, go ahead. a hug ... where do you start with a hug like do you just walk at each other with outstretched arms or
- Tadaomi does not understand the purpose of hugs. well, he kinda does in theory, but in practice, he just doesn't Get it. sooner or later he may learn to hug back. right now, he's still figuring that out.
will scream
- Jun is simply Terrified, but he kinda likes it ...? please be gentle with him. start with a headpat, maybe. and don't even TRY to hug ZACK.
- Misaki ... may not be terrified, but he will scream. do not hug Misaki. you could, technically, but you will gain nothing from it. Fuuta does it for fun sometimes.
special people only
- Kenta hugs Wataru and that's it. the problem is that Wataru currently does not want to hug Kenta, so Kenta gets no hugs as of right now. maybe someday, buddy
- Nayuta hugs ... Nyankotarou ... but the thing is, if you get close enough to Nayuta, he's not against hugs (though he will say he is). in fact, he's pretty damn touch-starved, so prepare to be crushed on several occasions. it just takes a looooooong while to get to that point ...
- Kouhei will only hug FuuRai, minus Yamato perhaps. he's not much of a hugger, but he loves his friends very much. how could he say no to Fuuta wanting to hug him? or comforting Aoi? he's a decent hugger ability-wise, just doesn't like to do it that much, also because he's afraid he might hurt them ... but he will.
won't hug
- there is no universe in which I can see Reiji hugging anyone at this current point in time. considering his interview, even his relationship with his family seems mainly business-like ... also, there's the potential of getting dirty, so ... yeah no he will refuse
- if you try to hug Haruka he will glare at you and walk away. that's all.

- look, I have no idea if Shuu is a good hugger and I have no intention of finding out. getting that close to him is a recipe for disaster. the only way this is gonna work out is if he's being completely honest and not his usual scheming self, and would you be able to tell if he was? no. of course not. better safe than sorry.
