Hey everyone

I was curious about what anime everyone here watched and enjoyed. Would you mind sharing your mal, anilist or whatever you are using? Or if you don’t use any what your favourite shows are?

Here is my anilist! Feel free to look at it if you want. My mal is not up to date.

I watched anime more "seriously" for about 4 years as a very casual anime watcher, meaning that I didn’t necessarily watched a lot (completed something like 60-70 shows). I only included in my list the series I’ve finished, so you won’t see any of this season’s anime or one of the 30+ ones hanging in my watchlist (I didn’t drop them, I’m just the kind of person that is watching several things at the same time).

As you can see, I only gave two 10/10 which are Koe no Katachi and Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo. I think it’s important to not have too many since you describe them as perfect. It doesn’t matter which shows you gave a 10/10 for me (even if they are a shows I personally didn’t like) as long as you can explain your point.

I think Koe no Katachi is obvious for everyone as to why some people consider it a masterpiece, but my second 10/10 might sound weird to some people. The truth is that I know Sakurasou isn’t the most incredibly written or serious story, but that’s not what matters. What matters is that it felt so real , even in the weirdness. The characters, what they live through with their life and studies, is exactly (or almost) where I am right now. It’s full of harsh truths that you’ll meet several times in your life. There are funny moments, serious ones, sad ones and happy ones.

Characters are a big part of why I love it so much. All of them have very normal human traits and are going through human things behind their "anime personality ".

Anyway, I can’t wait to see the shows you watched and loved!

If you are looking for shows to watch, anything 8+ on my list is highly worth the watch in my opinion. Lower scores are also great, but for me you can't go wrong with those 8+.
