He’s an utaite you can find under the name Riinu . He also did young Haruki and sang the song Kikoemasuka from the HoneyWorks series Our Love has Always Been 10cm Apart, which is absolutely beautiful.
Kazuki Haiga: Sakata Akira
I found an Utaite called Aho no Sakata that is also known as this name, but I don’t know if they are linked. Their voice is similar tho so maybe!

Literally couldn’t find anything… I tried searching in romaji and even directly in Japanese, but nothing. He seemed to have worked with some utaite so he might be one as well, but I can’t seem to find infos.
