week 2 of self-isolation, my decidedly "we don't need streaming services, we're not gonna watch them anyway" dad saw the first episode of The Mandalorian (which aired on TV) and immediately subscribed to Disney+. the power of Baby Yoda is too much. his reasoning? "not like we're gonna do anything else for a while." I'm pretty sure he just wanted to watch the show though. we're all Star Wars fans. but in the end, the one who'll use it the most is probably me ... maybe it's time to finally get into the MCU?
on the other hand, I've been playing a bunch of ACNH and so far doing my best to avoid time-travelling for the Authentic Experience, even though I didn't care much about that in NL ... how long until I break? we'll see. so far, my lovely little isle of Jellypunch has been somewhat barren ... I can't wait till I get terraforming so I can turn it into the paradise it's meant to be!!!
