Day 23: Favorite Main Vocal

Have I ever mentioned that Ran's vocal gives me life? Because she really brings me life with her songs uwu

It’s been a bit of time since I’ve been super active here, but I’ve been seeing something recently that I feel absolutely has to be addressed. I have a friend who has tried to get top 10 multiple times (one time successfully!) but the past few times they’ve tried the people in the ranks above them have changed their bios to be rude to them and curse them out for trying to get into the top 10 and thus kick them out of it. This is not okay. Everyone has equal right to top 10- it’s not a luck based thing, you have to actually try hard for it. Everyone who gets top 10 put in the work for it, so while you may want to get it yourself if someone beats you it’s not like it’s unfair- it just means they put in the effort. While this may be unfortunate for you, that doesn’t mean you can be rude to others about it. Please, please, please don’t be rude to people who’re trying just as hard as you.

my hiatus is going to make me crazy and it's almost 2am but I decided to put a little late birthday post for rimi even if I didn't do anything special for her

she's... really charming to me. I mean she was just a quick design-pick favorite at the start, but I wouldn't dare to replace her with other bandori girls as my best girl.

• her design!! it may look so basic, but it's so gooood. idk I've never been a fan of blackhaired characters but... Rimi's the exception... it goes well with her eyes www AND SHE HAS A CUTE HAIRSTYLE!! I MEAN THESE TWO WING-LIKE LOOPS

• Rimi is somehow relatable to me (which helps me understand the characters better and make them more enjoyable for me, unless they are something I find very annoying in myself), but better in some aspects. for example, we may be both shy, have low self-esteem and fear of doing anything special in public. but she has fought this fear. she was hesistant, no one actually pushed her, but she really wanted to help Kasumi and Arisa and so she went! even if she's still shy and anxious, she performs with no problem...!!! she got used to that, I'm so happy~~

• also she's trying to not compare herself to Yuri anymore... and become an invidual musician, not just a shadow of her older sister.

• what she does for Popipa is being dedicated and treated equally like everyone in this band; she composes and sometimes writes lyrics to their songs too. she's important to this band!! and totally not just a member that was added to complete the band. also props for keeping being sane around Kasumi and Tae!!

• I appreciate everything she does... she's so sweet to everyone, I wish I was like that!! she never turns her back and she's just... soft and cute like a marshmallow...

• I find her love to choco cornets nice and all, but she's not just a choco cornet lover! plus, didn't she say she likes most of chocolate things??

• she's helpful to her friends, which I appreciate. however she's afraid of criticism... but I'm not too surprised? I'm afraid of it too?

• the fact that she likes reading horror books is superior. it doesn't show that she's a scaredy cat!! also I think that's super cool, to be honest?

• HER VOICE!!! IT FITS HER SO WELL... A MELODIC, SWEET AND STABLE VOICE... AND HER SEIYUU'S NAME IS RIMI TOO I S2G THIS IS GREAT

day 5: fav afterglow songs

Y.O.L.O!!!!! and asu no yozora shoukaihan

yolo was the first afterglow original i actually really liked (to me, scarlet sky and how i roll sounded kinda like "cheap rock" (TO ME PLS DON'T KILL ME).) however, i like every afterglow cover, so picking a fav was harder... my fav cover has to be asu no yozora because the afterglow version of the song has a completely different character than the original song which i think is super cool!

Happy Birthday Rimi! I love you so much, your voice and your heart of gold (and chocolate), keep as noble, pure and cute as always and get a mountain of Choco Coronets for your birthday.

Yoooooooo I'm so happy I finally did it!! This is my second lv. 27 FC (after Redo) and was a super fun beatmap to play. It's also probably the closest I'll ever come to getting an EX goals title hahhah ....

Yeah... does rate up actually work on Bandori? Or is it just me?
