So, this Fall anime season, we're getting what appears to be a wholesome shoujo-ai and I'm SO SO SO SO SO SO SO excited. We had Given last year, which was an extremely wholesome shounen-ai, so I was not expecting another wholesome series of that genre group. It's called Adachi and Shimamura. If this actually does turn out to be really wholesome, this will be anime of the year for me.

hhh I feel weird asking this but

things happened that I don't wanna go into detail on (nothing super bad!!!! just very frustrating & disappointing to me personally) and I've already been reasoning it out for myself to make me feel less bad, which has been working decently well, but I'm still pretty down and. some sort of pick-me-up would help a lot aND

basically what I'm saying is. if you want to. please drop a Nanahoshi Ren or two in the comments ... I'll also gladly take Kunikida Hanamaru (from Love Live) or Toono Hiyori (from Free), those three are my comfort characters and it sounds silly but just seeing them helps me a lot and,,,, well

I'm sorry I don't usually do this sort of thing I'm just [gestures vaguely] still kinda sorta on the verge of tears haha

Whewwwww. Drawing cards in the Bandori style is certainly no walk in the park. It’s taken me three and a half hours just to get this far, and then I’m going to have to finish the lineart, color, shade, shade some more, highlight, and then do a second outline using all of the darker color shades in the Bandori way . . . (Why can’t you just use black outlinessssss) This is going to take . . . Forever 😰

(And for the anatomy I used a whole bunch of pieces of Bandori cards to make it look right . . . Lawson collab Kokoro for the arms and mouth, 3rd anniversary Kokoro for the head and some of the hair, Fall Hagumi for the upper body, and Rabbit Hagumi for the lower body . . . Eep)

last night I tried singing Rettou Joutou and realised that it's a really difficult song, which automatically means I wanna conquer it, so ...
