I'll try sketching other ideas that might come from my colleagues.

I did show my colleagues your opinion about how much HP/SP should be a beginning point. And agreed to increase the HP/SP to ~200 base. Also novice class accepted.
Novice class attributes:
HP: 170/170
SP: 50/50
EP: 0/0 (no element linked, will be available once Level is 15)
And levelcap agreed is 100
Attributes will be 6 (Int and Will merged into Spirit)
I cannot wait to throw out all my Stars after Dreamfes so I can get this Maya on the 31st of December
maybe I'll train her after Midnight then so I can start off the Year right
Just a friendly reminder to anyone having a shitty day or something bothering them make sure you open up about it with a close friend or family member letting things pile up can sometimes make you feel like you're drowning but just know that you have people that care about you and will majority of the time hear you out and if you don't then I'd gladly lend an ear to you I may not always have the right things to say but I'd try my hardest to help you in some shape or form anyways that's all to say have a good day everyone

(the employee which is you in CiRCLE is visible. and you can edit his/her appearance) as well as see their dialogues. (Unfortunately there won't be a seiyuu because it's A CUSTOM MADE avatar. and reasons are pretty much understandable?)
