After waiting for months from Amazon and a local Anime store to buy each one, I finally got the whole vocalist collection complete.

A quite pathetic letter to Kokoro

Dear Kokoro,

When I first got into Bandori, I didn't really notice you because I thought you were really similar to Kasumi: eccentric, fun-loving, the "baka" leader of the group that had no idea what she was really doing etc. etc. etc.

Reading HaroHapi's band story made me realise that you shared a lot of traits with Kasumi, including the fact that I found you both so annoying, but, unlike her, you were rich, which stood out a bit to me. "I hate luxury, but I still feel like I hate Kasumi more." I told myself at that time. Because of that, I stopped caring about you... for a really long time.

...until recently, when I thought about why you were so annoying, so fuzzy and dense, and yet so filled with energy. Because you had an inspiration and a goal to work for.

Your inspiration is something as simple as a smile. Something that most people wouldn't really bother about because of how is our society nowadays: be serious or you'll be in danger.

You don't care about social standards as a whole; your only one would be genuine happiness. As hard as it sound, you always smile, and a simple smile can a change so many things in the thoughts of the person that looks at you.

You don't let yourself be narrowed by anything and yet you're able to work towards a specific goal: to bring happiness. Even Misaki and Kanon, which weren't very into HaroHapi, changed thanks to your boldness and courage to fight everything.

That goal is to bring a smile on people's faces, more exactly on every single person of the world through a marching-band-like band with a childish theme, five idiots (two of them with more sanity, one of them being stuck in a bear) and instruments brought out of nowhere.

You live in a world of childish, ridiculous dreams because of your richness not only in yen, but also in ideas. You are abstract and extremely spontaneous, but work for a common good, even with your self-centric apperances. You hate your own loneliness, but also seeing someone lonely or sad.

The details don't matter to you, and you're lucky with Misaki and HaroHapi by your side, even if you didn't know nor care about who you picked as your friends.

You convinced me that I can also be inspired by something in this uninteresting life and that I should be proud of showing off my smile, because everyone's smile is beautiful.

1 - Arisa, Kasumi, Tsugumi, Sayo, Maya, Eve, Misaki: bisexual Kaoru, Aya, Himari, Hagumi: lesbian

2 - Transgirls Ran, Sayo, Ako, Kaoru and Tsugumi! I'm gonna mark all of them as lesbians and I love all of them,, NB Moca and Misaki!! If I had any more I can't remember them right now,,

3 - I headcanon all the girls as cis, simply because I’ve never really thought about any other genderidentities for them, but I’m not opposed to Aya being MTF. I also headcanon pretty much everybody as a lesbian with 2 exceptions: Kaoru and Himari, whom I headcanon as bi. (Himari should be obvious, but Kaoru said in one story that she gets attention from both men and women, something that she embraces fully without complain, which she probably wouldn’t do if she simply swung in one direction, so to speak. I headcanon Kaoru as Fem-Leaning Bi tho.) (Also inb4 the KaoruStansTM come for me) I like the idea of Ace Maya/Misaki as well, but it’s not an active headcanon. 4 - i only have one headcanon of this nature that really sticks out: i headcanon hina as aroace! i understand that could potentially be misinterpreted as assuming autistic-coded characters can’t fall in love or experience sexual attraction, but trust me, i don’t believe that at all! she just... i don’t know, it popped into my head and i loved the idea since. hina is such a genius and i could see her being happy and confident on her own: and as for her affection, i dont think that takes away from that, since aro, ace, and aroace people can be affectionate too! she’s just the wingwoman who relentlessly teases anyone that even bothers asking for her assistance in sex/romance (I.e, aya, chisato, sayo if sayo ever slips up lol)... except for maya and/or eve. she’ll actually be serious then, basically, she’s still herself, just... aroace. “i feel perfectly boppin’ on my own, y’know?”

5 - Kaoru-lesbian (ofc), Chisato-lesbian, Aya-bi or pansexual, same with Eve, Rimi-bi, Arisa-lesbian, Kasumi-ace panro, kokoro and Hino are aro, have no ideas about gender sorry :( (and idk why but Ako is straight)
