So I recently started talking with one of my old preschool friends (she's female, for some more context) on discord, for some reason (I'm seriously confused why we started talking again. I think she just wanted to talk to me again after over 10 years for some reason), and some things just seem way too coincidental. We're both gay, which on it's own seems like really low chances of that happening. But also, we both like Yorushika, we're both anime fans, we both like shounen-ai and shoujo-ai, we're both rewatching Adventure Time (random, but still surprising), and we both have watched given and listen to the music. I'm just very surprised by this whole thing. This made it really fun to talk with her. Most of us talking was just me fanboying about shounen-ai, though.

Anyway, that's all I wanted to say. I just found it surprising.

quick T/Ns that are worth mentioning:

• "ant farm" was more like "ant nest observation kit", but nobody says it like that in English lol
• CURSE SHUU'S KANSAI-BEN!!!! CURSE IT!!!!!! it's so strong hhhh not only is it a pain to understand, it's also a pain to translate ... it's so strong but I know nothing about making English sound appropriate, so it probably doesn't come across well
• but yknow what's even worse than Shuu? Fuuta. what the hell. why did they have to give him a Kyuushuu dialect. that's gonna be such a pain when he gets his interview oh my god ... I've at least dealt with Kansai before, but Kyuushuu??? gonna have to do research on that sighs
• I could have made the "uwa" into a "woah" or something because reasonably it is, but I didn't for one reason and one reason only: I actually say it a lot. don't take my speech quirks away from me.

side note, I really hope this artist draws Nayuta-kun someday. their style is so nice ...

which WAS NOT A GOOD IDEA AT ALL. because not only are lyrics, once again, a pain ... it also turns out that there were two different sites I was pulling my lyrics from and BOTH OF THEM HAD VERY OBVIOUS ERRORS, BUT COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ONES

could I just have listened to some of the recordings of the full version that are out there and written it out myself? yes probably. but again. we don't do that here. that's just bad etiquette. those recordings aren't even supposed to exist you fools

but basically, instead of scrapping it entirely like I probably should have done, I just decided that this is what you're getting ... because I like the lyrics of this song a lot. I think they're neat. and I also think they're perfect for a duet which is why I'm sincerely hoping for an official CD release of the Argo/Gyro version. please Bushimo? I'll give you lots of money
