For whatever reason my anxiety has been flaring up recently - to the point where leaving the house seems impossible and I feel terribly overwhelmed and sick.
But when I'm feeling really down like this, I start thinking of Yukina singing. Her voice is so strong and powerful. And although it sounds corny, her voice strengthens me. I feel like I can push through. I just have to imagine her singing to me:
"Louder...!
You are my everything (You are my everything)
Your sound, overflowing with light
With my sound tries to... wants to tell
I’m movin’ on with you (movin’ on with you)
I want to give you everything
I was there because of you
No more need to cry, I’m sure."
Reading the Bandori stories also kind of helps me. They remind me that everyone has troubles, but you have to acknowledge them and have the courage to move on.
