According the the notice on Garupa, Tsugu's supposed to be the other 4*, and Tomoe being the gacha 3*. Assume it's powerful, since we haven't had a powerful event in a while.

Himari should be the event 3*, pure type since the last pure 3 star was in September.

Ran is the event 2*, also pure type
