EDIT: It seems the end of year stuff are updates we are missing like the 1* RAS cards .So there is no date for when they are going to release the skipped events.

It sucks...

At this point i can only assume we will start getting BS3 events in March/April next year when the anniversary get close and that we will start with PoPiPa, then Roselia, Aglow, etc, etc. So EN can catch up with JP in terms of "content" but still one or even two years behind story wise...
