It's finally here! After almost 7 months of not tiering, I've decided to rank up high for Pastel✽Palettes. I've made a plan with goals to make sure I can handle it!
Goals!

FC all Original Pastel✽Palettes Songs in Hard mode (minus Tenka Toitsu A to Z) ✓

FC all Cover Pastel✽Palettes Songs in Hard mode (minus Happy Synthesizer) ✓

FC Mou Ichido Luminous in Hard mode in the first 5 tries ✓ First try!

Get all event prizes in the first 5 hours of tiering ✓

Get Pastel✽Palettes to Band Level 30 before the event ends ✓ First day!

Place in the top 1000 (or top 100 if I snap lol)

Hi guys! I was planning to share this OC later in the month but I thought why not so, yeah. Appearance-wise she was inspired off of one of Livid’s idol characters, Young Innocent. Personality-wise, she is heavily inspired off of Chie, the demonic princess we all love.

Personality
Reika comes off as energetic, steadfast, and somewhat fiery. She gives everything her all, even during small things, like having a conversation. She is very giving and considerate. On the inside, she is a trickster who lives to be the cutest. She is not afraid to pull off a prank in order to gain attention or dominance, no matter how harmful it is. However, with close friends, she has rare moments of genuine concern.
Yeah since she’s an angel she calls herself “God’s Holy Child” all of the time... Also, Reika has abilities. Here are two of them.
Power of God - Reika can call on God at any time to punish the unworthy.
Holy Slap - When Reika slaps someone, it can bring even the most insane to their senses. (It feels like a feather tickling your nose.)

30 Day Challenge
Day 10: Favourite Harohapi Character
Oh I am ready for this. Sorry this is probably gonna be longer than the rest but I really wanna talk about this woman right here.
Kaoru is not only my favourite member of Hello Happy World, but also my favourite character in general. At first I only liked her because she was entertaining; her dramatic, princely personality was so over-the-top that I found myself chuckling whenever she went on one of her tangents (or when she found something 'fleeting'). Though she's not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, she was the character I always looked to to get a laugh. However, once I started reading more of the event stories, I started to see her as someone who is more than just a comic relief.
At first I noticed the small ways she encouraged or helped other Bandori girls with trying new things, such as getting Misaki to try acting and helping Saya feel more comfortable during the wedding photo shoot. Then I noticed how supportive she was of the other members of Harohapi, and how she's more than happy to lend a hand to those around her. Then I read her White Day event story, and came to love how hardworking and generous she was (she wrote a different letter of gratitude for every single involved in the play and even the audience WHAT-).
And then I read the Rose's Name In A Transient World event, and I saw a whole new side to her that I never would've thought had existed. The side that only her childhood friend, Chisato, knows; the side of her that's timid, easily flustered and shy. The mere hint that she was hiding her true self behind a mask made me even more interested in her and got me thinking more about her actions and behaviour. I believe that there is a level of insecurity in her that hasn't been explored yet. I even believe that she knows that Michelle is just Misaki in a bear costume and just pretends that she doesn't to keep up her act.
Overall, Kaoru is a character that I love not only because of how entertaining she is, but also how generous, kind and sweet she is. I really do hope that the game explores more of her real self, as there could be a great chance for some development for her ❤

Day 15: Favourite Band Origin Story
The origin story of Pastel Palettes was by far the most interesting origin story to me. These five girls, all from different backgrounds and fields of entertainment (in Hina's case she was scouted simply because she was a genius), meeting each other for the first time and being grouped together to form an idol band. The encounter many struggles along their way (failed lip synced performance, Chisato distancing herself from the group), but they all remain strong and power through to deliver a successful, real debut performance.
There are many aspects that I like in this origin story, some of which include:

Maya's Involvement --> Starting off as just a fill-in until the staff found a drummer for the band, Maya wasn't supposed to be a member of Pastel Palettes (she didn't even see herself as one). However, the other girls grew to like her, and were quick to jump on board when Chisato asked Maya to join the band. I honestly love how open and accepting the other girls are of Maya, and it really shows the beginning of their strong relationship.

Chisato's Development --> At the beginning of this story, I didn't really like Chisato. I just thought she was a rude, standoffish girl who only cared about her career. Her attitude towards Aya also rubbed me the wrong way. However, as she witnesses Aya hand out flyers in the rain, she starts to understand Aya's views and finally starts to involve herself more with the band. The development may be small, but I really like how Chisato acted in the second half of the story, and as a result I started to like her as a character. My favourite moment from this story is actually when she defends the other girls when the staff disregard their hard work; it's actions like that that make me see Chisato as a true member of Pastel Palettes.

Aya --> Aya was actually my favourite member of Pastel Palettes for the longest time before Maya stole my heart, and the origin story is to thank. I loved Aya in this story. After the disaster of the first debut, she poured all of her effort into every minute of her training to help Pastel Palettes take off. Even when Chisato told her that her belief that hard work can achieve anything is futile, she continued to hold onto her belief and push herself to keep going. Her determination to help Pastel Palettes is really admirable to me, especially since she only just met her band members and had a strained relationship with one of them. I also liked the game's portrayal of her stage fright, and I found myself rooting for her and Pastel Palettes to overcome their struggles as a result.
Overall, Pastel Palettes origin story is amazing and is my favourite origin story of them all.
