What an incredible image.
For about half (or so) of the world and now me, it's the New Year. 2020. Can't wait for all the fireworks in my neighbourhood to scare me... Today (or... yesterday..?) somehow was so hectic (in a good way!), both with all the stuff I found and wanted to do, as well as the sheer amount of posts from everyone today! It's a massive, humongous jump from last year, when the New Year was just "Oh, it's happening" to me and I know exactly why it's different this year. Banpa. I have a lot of trouble finding the right words to convey my feelings, but I've been improving! So, I wanted to say thank you all for helping make my 2019 so amazing! You guys are the best!! I also hit 100+ followers on Banpa at... some point in 2019, so a big thank you to those people as well! It really means a lot to me just being here on this site, and I have proof of that! With my feelings out, let's get on with the actual post!
Favourite 2019 Gacha Pull: DreamFes Tae
Yesterday, I talked about an unforgettable event. Today, it's an unforgettable pull. Let's go back a year. At some point, I knew I wanted to make the best Pure PoPiPa team (because best attribute + best band). DreamFes Tae was (and still is) the only 4☆ Pure card of Tae. So, simply put, I had to pull her come her and Ako's DreamFes, to maximise my chances. Everything was going great, I was able to resist the urge to pull... until I spent 10,000 Stars (also known as the rest of my stars) extra for Persona Moca (which I didn't even get). All because I got Persona Ran and Himari within 2 multis. So, that reset my star count. Going into the 6 Mil. DreamFes, I had 4 multis saved up and earned another during the Double Rainbow event... and that DreamFes absolutely trashed me. No 4☆, 6 new 3☆. I was gonna throw in the towel... but on 11th May 2am, only a couple of hours before the Gacha ended, lights off and in bed, I gave in to the spending. One discount pack, £~23 for almost 2 multis. I didn't want to (because there was a transaction error before due to my new phone at the start of this event) but I ended up paying. It gave me enough for one multi and 5 singles. Multi: Fakeout 4☆ WW Hina. Great, but not Tae... So I sat through the singles, with my energy slowly disappearing as 2☆ kept showing up. With the final single, I was met with gold lights. All that I heard in my mind was the sigh of defeat. I cut the ticket... and the glorious rainbow lights showed with the silhouette of Tae. I froze and waited for the confirmation that it was her DreamFes card, shaking. If it wasn't right in the middle of the night, I would have screamed (I sure screamed in my head, though). For the record, I had never once screamed at a Gacha pull, ever. I've cheered and laughed (at my friend), but no screaming. I remember getting the screenshot and jumping (quietly) off my bed onto my laptop, straight to Banpa. I found that post as well. This one card has made so many memories, from this pull and the future. I wouldn't have ranked as high as I did on 'Song for Me' without her. Like her predecessor Starlight Ran, she's carried my account through so much and she's gonna keep doing that. Thank you, DreamFes Tae, for being my dream card and arriving. Thank you, gold light fakeouts, for making this pull so much more memorable.

I love this song with all of my heart. It’s super catchy, it’s probably the most circus-themed, and yeah, it’s from the Misaki ev— I mean, I Need You. Plus the MV is adorable.
I’m going to try to keep this short and not go totally song-analysis because there’s three songs, so. Next one!

I have no clue if that’s how you write it. I can’t remember.
Again, I love this song with all of my heart. I love a lot of Bandori songs with all of my heart. But whatever.
For one thing, the tune and melody and beat map and everything is charming and soothing (well, not the beat map. The beat map is just fun. No beat map could ever be soothing, and autocorrect makes me put beat map as if it’s two words.)
But the main thing that makes this song amazing for me is . . .
KANON’S. VOICE.
SHE SOUNDS. INCREDIBLE. And if you saw a recent post of mine, I mentioned that if Kanon sang the whole thing without Kokoro’s voice in it, it could put me to sleep. No joke.
And finally! Not last place, but some song had to be the ending one! That just makes it more special . . .
High Five ∞ Adventure!
This song is so fun! I love the beat map and tempo of the song. Also, it’s the hardest Hard song. Well, that’s what I thought when I was first starting to play Hard songs, anyway. (Hardest 25 expert song, though? Romeo and Cinderella. I can get through all other 25s and even FC them, but I can’t clear that one for some reason. Moving on.)
But . . . Yeah. That’s basically why I like that one. So fun! So cute! So fun! Did I say it was fun?
