Can I just say that I love how some people here just share
their little achievements, misfortunes or opinions? It makes the atmosphere here a lot more friendly and easygoing! Just do what you want and have fun, champs!
\And yeah, I can understand why some people don't like it, it's fine\
this is gonna sound cheesy but oh well :’> neo-aspect came out during a really difficult time in my life (which i’m luckily out of now) and the lyrics definitely struck a chord in me
that song helped me pull through
NOW THAT IVE SPILLED MY GUTS AB THIS im outie
I dont mind the “ don’t play expert if you cant “ players in multilive. They just dont want their rewards to tet dragged down because somebody was over condident. What I DO mind, is when people say stuff like “ anybody who doesnt only play on expert is a noob/ needs to get good or isnt a real fan.. “ like, im sorry some can’t beat 26+ songs >_>. ( also a breif mention to those who post stuff like “ 26+ songs are so easy you guys are just crybabies.” Its fine that you think its easy but why rub it in others faces? )
Hey ducky fam <3 i might not post any drawings today ;; im kinda going through some stuff and i need a lil break today. I'll draw soon tho! Thank you so much for all the love on my other drawings tho ❤
(Kinda a rant post about Argonavis)
(Not bashing them btw)
The Japanese fandom is just so... I don’t even know the word to describe it? At first they complained about not wanting Argonavis to interact with the female characters (which I can understand, keeping their purity and whatever), but even after it’s confirmed that they’ll be in a separate story, the fans still aren’t satisfied. I keep seeing comments like, “if it’s going to be a separate story, then don’t make them under the Bang Dream franchise.” Like, Argonavis is already going to be separate from the girls, why can’t they be satisfied with that? Do they just not want men to be associated with the franchise? It’s basically the same as [email protected] Side M, and their franchise is doing just fine.
Wanting them to be an entirely different franchise simply because it’s a different story just sounds like a dumb excuse of not wanting male characters associated. Argonavis is still a BAND, so it makes sense for them to still be under Bandori. Like, sure, every Pretty Cure generation are magical girls and need to defeat bad guys, but each of them have a different story and characters, why not separate them? Because they’re all still female characters. Mkay.
And another stupid point I saw brought up was something along the lines of “make the events different from the girl version so fujoshis don’t come pouring in.” Like??? Because character interaction is only ever for the sake of making ships, and not for character development, am I right?
Seriously, Argonavis have a different official website, a different story, and (I presume) a different twitter account dedicated to them. If you don’t like them, they’ll barely have to be in your lives. What more can you ask for? Getting real tired of the jp fandom’s shit.
my take on the whole birthday party issue: any band can play at your party if you want that. I mean, it's your birthday, of course you want your favourite. I voted HaroHapi cause their music makes me smile and what more can you want, but that's just what I like.
the issue is more that Roselia and PoPiPa are the Two Big Bands. only they have live shows, they get the most merch, the most music (tho PoPiPa still gets more). Roselia is easily the most popular band, as one has to be, I'm just a little worried that at this rate they'll win everything and leave the other three even more in the dust than they already are.
that's more so a problem with the franchise itself than the fanbase though. but I do understand why fans of other band feel pretty eeeh about this. when the expected / always the same character or group wins all the polls, it does wind up feeling pretty unfair. especially when your fave is dead last.
but that's just the nature of a popularity contest. it does always make me question if we should hold a lot of those in the first place, rather than just ... give one band the art. I think a better way to involve the community in decisions regarding art & merch would be to hold polls on what it should be like (like "where should [band] go for vacation? the beach, the mountains, or the big city?" stuff like that).
I mean, in the end it doesn't really matter what I think, I'm just ... not keen on the whole idea of popularity contests like this in the first place because it always leads to a lot of people feeling bitter. as we see right now. I don't think anyone's necessarily in the wrong (except people hating on Roselia or whatever, don't do that). meh. (´ｰ｀)
