Dreamfes is nearing......

What should I do?! There's the dreamfes that's coming the Friday/Saturday after (my time), but I'm afraid I'll waste all my stars and not pull any new member 4* or dreamfes cards! Never mind that, there's also Halloween Arisa and 3rd Anni Dreamfes coming up 6 to 12 months later!

Should I pull for this Dreamfes, or should I save for later? If I should save, do I pull for Halloween or 3rd Anni?

So just in case anyone was wondering (which nobody was), the "Other" that I play with is my left index finger and right middle finger. It's weird. I started out playing with my index fingers, but as I progressed to harder songs, I just . . . started playing that way without even trying to? I like literally can't play any other way. I'm strange.
