Remember what I said about characters and grandparents? No? Well, I mentioned anyone liked by grandparents can't be a bad character. The reason I'm picking Arisa is for one of her dressing room/gallery lines: "My grandmother's cooking is awesome! I can only aspire to cook like that someday" (roughly). Ain't that the biggest mood for me in my life. My grandmother's in the hospital and has been since November, but every time I go to see her I'm reminded that as much as I love her cooking, I can only hope mine can become even a fraction of that deliciousness. I hope Arisa's can, too. ^ v^

Well, uh, what can I say... I just love Afterglow and it will never change. All the songs of this band have this amazing atmosphere in them, and their story is... Just great!

I don't have a favorite Limited Gacha. I actually really don't like Limited Gachas. I'd rather not get into why, but I'm skipping 16.
My favorite event is~
You expected Tomoe SOS but it was she, Sayo!!!
Honestly, I really enjoyed Umbrella in the Rain because it answered a lot of questions I had about Sayo's then-budding character. I wanted a reason to not just outright vehemently hate her as her first impression led me to. I also loved everything the other Roselia members were attempting to do behind the scenes to make sure Sayo could keep her head on straight enough to at least get through her day; it was the first Roselia event that made them feel less like "just a band" and more "a team."
Really, Sayo should have been the 4 and I'm still really disappointed she wasn't. At least she still got one of my favorite cards of her; though most of those are 2s or 3s anyway. xD
Umbrella Set is really good. CHANGE MY MIND.

THE CLASSIC ROCK BAND FORMED OF CHILDHOOD FRIENDS, A-FU-TAAAAAAAAAA-GU-ROOOOOOOOO
Despite not being a huge fan of rock, I absolutely adore Afterglow's aesthetic and group dynamic. Bias for Tomoe aside, I love how every one reacts differently based on who is saying what unless Ran's speaking (then everyone just kinda agrees). They also feel the most consistent when it comes to interactions. While it does unfortunately put them in a space of predictability (Moca says [thing], everyone sighs, Tsugu/Tomoe attempts to explain [thing], everyone suddenly understands, Ran agrees, everyone agrees) it reminds me a lot of hanging out with my friends in high school. Having that sort of predictable comfort isn't always a drawback; sometimes you need that bit of reliability in your life.
Also, being honest, Roselia and Afterglow are pretty much tied but I gave the Fave Title to Afterglow because I love the punk aesthetic a bit more than the gothic one. Sorry, Rinko. ;~;

In all honesty, I'm in love with how Ran's voice sounds in Hey-Day. It just has the perfect pitch bends and I really enjoy listening to the song whenever I play it. I haven't heard the full yet, but just from the game length I know I'll absolutely love it!
My favorite cover of theirs is READY STEADY GO. I was a huge FMA fan back in middle school and though I've moved on from it now, I still love re-reading the manga from time to time~ I'm super fond of the OP as it is and when I heard the cover for the first time, I found myself aggressively awaiting the full for it, ahaha.

dudes, i slept two hours. i'm gonna nap then post day 10. i thought to double up yesterday but i've been running on empty for almost a week.
Honestly, I have three favorite Roselia songs, but only enough energy right now to talk about one, so...
Sanctuary's intro is what made me fall in love with the song more than the actual lyrics did. I would absolutely love to get the instrumental for it at some point; it's just so good to listen to. I also love Yukina's cry at the end of the full version. It never fails to give me chills in the good way.
My favorite cover is definitely Soul's Refrain, though Kimi no Kioku (Memories of You) gets an honorable mention. Kinda wish they had covered the 3 Fes version of the intro, but oh well. Who would even rap, right? xD

I'll just combine my double posts from now on. I took a day away from the site for April Fools; I kinda stayed away from the festivities everywhere all day since I'm not fond of them... I just played a ton of Stardew Valley. It was very fun and relaxing~ ^-^
Don't Be Afraid just sounds so light and soft; I adore the feeling I get when I just go past it while scrolling for another song. I also really like playing the song~
I mentioned Happy Synthesizer back on my favorite PasuPare song post and I'm gonna stand by it for this! It brings me a lot of joy when I hear it, ahaha. It's too hard for me to play on Hard, but I'm practicing it a lot in recent history! I just wish I had more time to dedicate to it. xD

Okay, so in my first period class a freshman sits next to me, it's a career management class and we both get out work done fairly easily and so we basically sit there and talk about random crap. onwards... he mentioned that he's trying to learn how to play the drums
