I've probably said this before, but I'll say it again: I love how Bandori manages to have diverse but also believable friendships/relationships. We have friendly teasing between good friends like Himari and Moca, healthy rivalry between Ran and Yukina, and characters like Sayo and Tomoe who aren't necessarily close but show mutual respect.
It always bothers me a little when characters are always super duper friendly with each other, are praising each other 24/7, and do absolutely no teasing. Or when "rivalry" is depicted as one side constantly putting down the other party and making them feel like dirt, which is just painful for me to watch. Like??? I don't know about you all but I have never seen relationships like that in real life. Sure, when done right they can make for interesting developments, but Bandori's relationships are really just a breath of fresh air.
