BANGTOBER DAY 8: LEAST FAVORITE GIRL

Oh boy... I debated whether or not to skip this question, but in the end, I just need to get this off my chest.

Listen. There's a lot that I really love about Hina - her character design, for instance, is among my favorites, and I think her interactions with Sayo are some of the absolute best in the game. Unfortunately, when it comes to her interactions with her bandmates... Well, she often comes across as rude or inconsiderate, ESPECIALLY when she's talking to Aya.

Now, I don't mind some playful banter between friends, but Hina's jabs at Aya often feel unecessarily mean-spirited to me. Even when Aya is obviously uncomfortable and asks her to stop, she doesn't apologize or even seem to recognize that she said something wrong. And over time, this really started to grate on me.

None of this is to say that Hina is a bad character, or that people aren't allowed to enjoy her. This is just my personal opinion. Thank you for respecting it.

I'm surprised these two aren't a more popular ship! As a theatre kid, I can definitely see a whole lot of fun fanfic opportunities here, and I love the contrast between the very showy Kaoru and the very plain Maya.

BANGTOBER DAY 2: FAVORITE AFTERGLOW GIRL

It was tough to choose between her and Himari, but in the end, Ran's my favorite! I adore her character design - it's simple but very effective at getting her personality across - and her singing voice is to die for. But most of all, I love how much her character has developed across Afterglow's band stories. From learning to understand and express her own emotions in a healthy way, to improving her relationship with her dad and broadening her interests, Ran never stops striving to improve herself, and I couldn't be prouder of how far she's come. <3

Just a fanart of my upcoming (Indonesian) Halloween Bandori oneshot. One of my OTPs aside from Sayotsugu, and it's a Rarepair.

Because Tomoe x Ako and Tomohima is too mainstream, I had to do this. I hope Tomoe and Yukina will interact more. The theme is Halloween. Tomoe is a black cat, and Yukina is a dark angel.

The fanfic... I'm working on it, but I'm not sure to give the english translation bc my so-so grammar...
