I need advice regarding saving stars + pulling on banners

To put it simple, I don't have stars, bc I spent them all, I was planning to pull for Bride Rinko but then I'm like meeeeh she has 2 pure permanent cards already, also afraid that I get too obsessed to get frustrated like what happenned with Halloween Arisa last year + I'm extremely unlucky with Rinko. I don't know what to do. There's also Popipa Halloween Rerun, don't know if I want to save for that either for the same reason.

What I really want is DFv2 cards of all my best girls so maybe I could save for that but idk what to do with the lim banners mentioned above...

What do you guys think? What would you do if your best girl has a Lim Card but you also want DreamFest Card, which one would you choose?
