just wanna preface this by saying i'm not trying to be disrespectful in this post!! this is just my opinion and if i come off rude i'm sorry ":D
i'm Also curious about this, but does anyone have any songs that they don't like in the game or just aren't as big a fan of as other songs? there's multiple songs for me in Bandori that i listen to a lot less than my favorites and it's usually for a number of reasons
like, most of the first songs (That Is How I Roll!, Yes! BanG Dream, and so on) are ones i'm not usually a big fan of, but there are ones like BLACK SHOUT that i really adore and most of them are the first songs so i give them more of an excuse
then there are also songs like Our Christmas Song, Egao Sing a Song and Jamboree Journey, which, while I don't think they sound bad, honestly they're pretty underwhelming compared to the majority of the catalogue for me
sometimes there's also songs like Orchestra of Smiles and LOUDER, those ones I need in-universe context as to why they were written for me to be able to really appreciate them, since without it they're just kind of average imo
there's also just covers that i feel are kinda underwhelming or just "meh" like Soul's Refrain (which i find a little boring) and Romeo and Cinderella (WHICH I KNOW IS POPULAR i just feel like the vocals in that song are a bit off)
........then there's Happy Synthesizer, which is just straight up my least favorite song in the whole game. no hate to any of the people who made the instrumentals, as well as the VAs who sang, but i just Can't listen to it without cringing;;
