Just wanting to share something with you guys! (long post ahead but it's worth it)
Youtube video
So to put some context: This is a video from a professional japanese illustrator named Naoki Saito. In this video he talks about a method that will help you improve your art in 3 months, I watched the video and all I can say is that the method seems pretty interesting so I'm going to try it out tomorrow to see how it goes, so wish me luck everyone!
The reason I'm posting this mainly is because I remembered that Lii-kun mentioned in a post that she was starting to lose confidence in her art and is currently taking a break from drawing and honestly I really felt like the need to say something like some advice or any words of encouragement but I didn't know what to say...and I felt kinda sad bc I've been there as well, so I thought of sharing this video as my way to encourage her to don't give up on drawing, so Lii-kun whenever you feel ready to draw again, maybe this video would be a good way to start! ^^
And for my fellow artists here on BanPa, I also want to encourage you to try this method and check his channel, he has other videos where he gives lots of tips and advice for artists, and he really really knows what he's talking about (as expected from a pro) I have seen a couple of videos but I'm planning to watch more and learn as much as possible.
So yeah, that' all I'm gonna say for now. I know my posts are usually long but there's so much I want to say hehe ^^ Hope you guys have a great week!
BTW: I forgot to say that the language is not a problem because there are english subs in almost all of his videos, just click the CC button and set the subs to English.
