Why is Chisato so distant? (2/3)

I didn't think I was going to do another one of these so soon, but I had a lot of thoughts in my head that I needed to get out!

Chisato, despite not understanding Aya's blind faith in the PP band story, is an extremely diligent worker herself. Chisato knows that luck and persistence has gotten her to her current position. Not because of her natural talent, but because she puts her own potential to its full extent. So, when being called "amazing" or "perfect", Chisato's hardly able to take the compliment because she knows she isn't a prodigy like Hina. Deep down inside, Chisato wants to be respected for her tenacity, and seen as a person separate from being an actress. She's just someone that puts her all into her art.

Every word of adulation only further builds the barrier of disassociation Chisato has with other people because they aren't able to understand she is the same as them. Even her own bandmates:

Although she has opened up significantly to them, they still don't seem to be able to separate Chisato from Chisato Shirasagi. And, to be frank, it's difficult for anyone to let others know their insecurities and weaknesses. Imagine having a reputation you're constantly forced to maintain, without being able to confide in anyone. Chisato doesn't let people in in fear they will be betrayed to find out that she's not the star child actress everyone sees her as.

And that is a heavy price she pays for her success.

I want to thank everyone who, either leave during a multi live(on purpose), or those who don't activate the fever and because of that everyone in the live gets a low score. Thanks for making me waste 3 live boosts. :)

i've seen a lot of posts talking about how annoying it is when somebody quits a multi live and I'd like to give my comments on this (while still trying not to turn this into a discourse)

I play multi lives a lot because of the extra items and I like getting somewhat random songs and as far as I can tell, this isn't as big an issue as people are making it seem. I play on an iphone so it really annoys me too when I get a battery notif or a text that quits me out of the game, but I do not do this on purpose and I'm willing to bet 99% of the people this happens to don't either. If you ask me this is a problem with the game not the players and the way to fix it isn't by assuming that somebody threw a tantrum about not getting their fave song and then doing that yourself here, all that does is make people like me who honestly don't mean to quit feel like they can't play multi lives anymore.

TL;DR stop assuming ppl are quitting deliberately and grow up

The plan was to keep my activitiy rambling positive, but... I'm starting to get real tired of the people who disconnect on purpose.

All you're doing is waste everybody's time and mental energy, including your own. Play granblue if all you care about is efficiency, or Cytus or Project Diva or whatever (solo) rhythm game strikes your fancy if you only want to play your favorites. I can't be the only person you're pissing off with your selfishness. It can't be the purpose of this game to open Discord every time I want to play just to find a private room instead.

This is such a nice game, multi lives are such a fun feature... but at this rate there's bound to be That One Aborted Live that will end it for me. Please don't make it happen for such a dumb reason.

Please Bandori, give the other bands their well deserved solo songs!
