I really need to talk about this card and how beautiful it is.

First off, we have the untrained. Kokoro with twintails and a sun hat is just adorable. This reminds me of something and I'm not sure what. I think it's just that it makes her look like she lives on a ranch. Anyway, I love this untrained art and farmer Kokoro is adorable.

Now we have the absolutely gorgeous trained art. I'm seriously shocked that this is an event card. When I first saw it, I thought it was a 4 star. The shading is what first caught my eye. The shading looks like it's supposed to be for a limited card. Just that light shining down from the top left and all the shadows. Then there's the costume itself. The stars on the dress is what I love the most. I'm still waiting for an actual stargazing HHW event, but I'll take this, too. Then the side tail. That's just adorable. I love when card art has Kokoro with her hair up. This is the first time we've had Kokoro with a single side tail and I love it. This card now might be tied with Astronomy Kokoro for my favorite card. I know, favorite card is saying a lot, given that this is an event 3 star, but it's beautiful and I love it.

Okay, can we just take like a moment to respect all of the amazing cards that have come out in the past couple of months? This new event is gorgeous and I'm going to play enough on JP to get that Kokoro 3-star because it is so beautiful. Honestly, kudos to Bushiroad because these last couple of events have been absolutely fantastic.

Cards That Seem Off to Me

(I am not hating on the cards, they are all pretty! I just want to share my opinion and if I offend your favorite card I'm sorry)

-Only 3 stars and up will be shown

-RAS and Morfonica are not included since I don't have specifically every single one of their personalities etc memorized

Reason: I feel like this card makes Tomoe look too young (unless it's supposed to? I don't know)

I like the Tomoe in dress cards though, they don't match her personality perfectly but it's like Kaoru in a dress, they can rock either style anyway

Reason: I cannot fully explain, it's just some kind of vibe. I feel really mean criticizing these cards so I won't provide my reason after this since I feel like I'm bashing all the artwork talented artists worked so hard to draw and will just put the cards here

I also don't know why Lisa is getting all the cards of her bottom sticking out.... The images of those poses will not be provided here but you know what I mean

Also....this is a little thing that doesn't have to do with what I've said before but... if it weren't for the 2 star background, I'd completely think this was a 3 star because of the pose, costume, and quality!

I haven’t posted in a long time but Kaoru in a dress (what) I need this. Can we just take time to appreciate the new event units? Altogether they look great imo, Kokoro’s new card is especially adorable, and Misaki’s new outfit looks nice too, and Kanon’s is pretty, especially the lighting. I don’t have much to say about Hagumi’s card though, it feels like she’s always getting two stars. With these cards I think the background art stands out with its rolling hills, soft greens and oranges, and old buildings that really give it a fun and relaxing country feel.

Am I just a sucker for summer cards? Probably. But these cards still look great. I’ll probably make a separate post going into detail about why I these cards (though just released) stand out to me so much.
