Back again to say this then I’m sulking away into my cave once more:
Hagumi is not a copy of Hoshizora Rin from Love Live. She isn’t. Both girls have a similar appearance and hobby (sports), but this does not make Hagu a “boring rip-off.” You don’t have to like either character but calling one a copy is rude to not only the fans but also the writers. It’s disrespectful when clearly a lot of love and effort is put into both characters. It’s fine not liking Hagumi or Rin, but please be nice.
Edit: removed joke-y part of the post. Sorry if this is a downer, but it’s getting annoying. I love LL, it is my favourite franchise along with Zelda. But this constant attitude from a few LLers is extremely toxic and heartbreaking. Each girl from both franchises are extremely unique, well-written (you may disagree), and wonderful. Lets not hurt other people based on their character choice, and instead bring people up by saying things like, “I don’t like Hagumi, so I guess that means more merch for you >:)” Or something equally cheesy along those lines!
