I made it to the top 500!

I'm very happy! It's the first time and the last time I tier like that tho... it's very time consuming, even if I didn't have that "big" of a score. I can't imagine what people that tier higher have to go through...

I did a little research about the Bandori seiyuus and their roles in this spring’s anime and here are the results.

I added " main " in front of characters that are " major " roles in the stories. It doesn’t have to be main characters, but characters we see often. I base that on what I see by myself or how much the characters seem to be important in the series, I might be wrong.

New HoneyWorks song!!!

Here it is! It's called LOVE ANTHEM and is one of the songs that was in the new album teased a few weeks ago.

It sounds great! I can't talk much about it because I'm in a hurry this morning, but I'll get into it later.

Ok, I'm back from 8 am physics class lol. The song is having a pretty obvious message to keep living and enjoy life. It also mentions Full Throttle 4's friendship and passion for music. I really want to know more about them, as they don't have a lot of content on the music side and they don't seem to be appearing in the light novels yet (they are pretty "new").

It’s a new season for anime so I’m curious:

What are you guys watching or plan to watch this season?

As for me, I want to watch or am watching (in release day order): Zombieland Saga (season 2), Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? (from winter), Mairimashita! Iruma-kun (season 2), Slime Taoshite , Shadows House, Sentouin, Hakenshimasu! and Seven Knights Revolution (I was craving for a classic fantasy show).

There’s only two series I can talk about more. I read the manga for Shadows House and Mairimashita! Iruma-kun and I’m really happy that they are getting animated (again in Iruma-kun’s case).

About Shadows House, it’s a really good twisted fantasy anime. It has spooky things in it without necessarily being straight up creepy (think about the Promised Neverland, the vibe is similar). The characters are nice and the dynamic of a " face " and a " shadow " can lead to nice relationships (well built, not necessarily positive). It’s a story of light mixed with dark. You sometimes have those super sweet and happy moments (there’s also very slight romance in there) and then you have those twisted events happening. Definitely watch it if you like those kind of things. I think it’s gonna be a " hidden gem " from this season. The manga is also a great experience, as it is fully coloured. Yes, COLOURED. That’s quite rare, but very pleasing.

John better be as idiotic and funny as in the manga, he’s pure gold.

About Iruma-kun, imagine season 1, but better. Yeah, that’s season 2. I don’t want to spoil things so I’ll keep it simple. There’s gonna be nice relationships building between characters (new and old ones), a few cool fight scenes, epic moments as always and, of course, that kind of humour this show has. We also go a little more into word building and what makes demons different than humans. If you didn’t get into season 1 yet and want to, now would be the best moment.

I didn't realize at all

I was thinking about other things (tons of homework because the end of the session is coming :,) ) during the whole song not even thinking about what I was doing.

Then the achievement thing popped up with the 50 stars reward. I was like wait that!? All those times I tried to full combo it and the one time I actually do, I was not even paying attention. What the hell is wrong with me sometimes...

Anyways, I'm really happy

I am currently tiering in the Popipa band story (5,1 million points and we still are so far from the end :,) the grind is real) and I see a lot of things happening in multi lives. I thought I might as well give some advices about how to act during those.

Here are some things you should and shouldn’t do in multi lives

Choose the right difficulty

This happens way too often so I absolutely have to mention it: do not choose a song difficulty that you can’t do. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SHAME in choosing an easier song difficulty. If you want to practice harder songs, please do it in solo or training mode, not in multi lives. Accidents happen and it’s possible that you die during a song you normally can do, but when it happens seconds after the live started, there’s a problem.

Quitting during a live

Do no quit during a live, it’s very annoying for everyone that plays. I know that sometimes you just have to go do something, but please plan a little before starting a live. Do no start a game when you don’t know if you would have to go away. If it’s almost time to leave somewhere, if you’re waiting for someone or if you live with your family and dinner is almost ready, do not start a game.

Spamming stickers

Everyone does it, I also do it sometimes, but we shouldn’t do it too much. Two reasons for that: first, it can be really annoying and second, it makes some people’s game lag. Using stickers is great, but try not to spam it too much.

Leaving when you don’t like the song

That is extremely annoying. I know sometimes you played that song too many times or simply don’t like it, but it’s really rude to leave because of that. It might be someone’s favourite song and they might have been waiting for several lives to play it. Just be angry in your head and play it anyways.

Choose the right leader

This one is just a tip. Try to choose a scorer as your leader (a card that boosts the score only). It gives everyone a better score, which is always a good thing :)

Be careful in "higher" rooms

By that I mean the 180 000 and especially 250 000 one. Here, please respect as much as possible the things I said above. Those rooms are especially used by high tierers and they need all the points they can possibly get. Someone leaving or dying during a live can cost as much as 2k points. It doesn’t seem like a lot, but when it happens often, the number of lost points increases fast.

EXIST is the new A to Z and I love it

A to Z isn't bad, it's just that it can get annoying pretty fast. Also EXIST gives almost as many points as Jumpin' (which is a lot).

I'm trying to top 500, but the tiering is extremely weird right now... People did about the same amount of points on day 2 and day 1, I hope it's gonna slow down or I'm scared I'm gonna lack time and resources to top it.

I just met this person in multi live with the name "f*ckU A to Z"

So naturally, I picked A to Z and spammed the Bushido sticker.

And the song was chosen.
