First time posting but I know everyone's excited with all the new news but I do want to remind everyone that Yurishii (Lisa's seiyuu) is retiring this month and the 5th live will be her final activity for BanG Dream and her seiyuu career. SO WHEN the new seiyuu is announced please welcome her with open arms!!! I just don't want people mad when Lisa's seiyuu changes and believe it's sudden (Yurishii announced her retirement late last year, and her health comes first)

Am I the only one here who actually enjoyed the Bandori anime, despite it's flaws, and is extremely excited about not one but TWO new seasons coming in the future?!

Can I just say that I’m so, so happy that reception to argonavis has been really positive here as opposed to ‘ew go away I don’t want males in my girls band game’ like some places (cough**cough twitter).

I mean, if male idols aren’t your thing and you’re not interested that’s cool, just please stop trashing a series when your barely know anything about it and probably don’t even need to acknowledge it’s existence.

Under the light of Argonavis announcement, I'm here to call out Love Live, it's about time yall have a male version of this too lmao

(Kinda a rant post about Argonavis) (Not bashing them btw)

The Japanese fandom is just so... I don’t even know the word to describe it? At first they complained about not wanting Argonavis to interact with the female characters (which I can understand, keeping their purity and whatever), but even after it’s confirmed that they’ll be in a separate story, the fans still aren’t satisfied. I keep seeing comments like, “if it’s going to be a separate story, then don’t make them under the Bang Dream franchise.” Like, Argonavis is already going to be separate from the girls, why can’t they be satisfied with that? Do they just not want men to be associated with the franchise? It’s basically the same as Idolm@ster Side M, and their franchise is doing just fine.

Wanting them to be an entirely different franchise simply because it’s a different story just sounds like a dumb excuse of not wanting male characters associated. Argonavis is still a BAND, so it makes sense for them to still be under Bandori. Like, sure, every Pretty Cure generation are magical girls and need to defeat bad guys, but each of them have a different story and characters, why not separate them? Because they’re all still female characters. Mkay.

And another stupid point I saw brought up was something along the lines of “make the events different from the girl version so fujoshis don’t come pouring in.” Like??? Because character interaction is only ever for the sake of making ships, and not for character development, am I right?

Seriously, Argonavis have a different official website, a different story, and (I presume) a different twitter account dedicated to them. If you don’t like them, they’ll barely have to be in your lives. What more can you ask for? Getting real tired of the jp fandom’s shit.

The Bandori franchise has thrown so much news at us today it's almost a bit overwhelming. > o<

It's so exciting though, seeing how far Bandori as a whole has come. This time last year, I thought GBP was going to be one of those things that eventually faded out of the hype and was slowly forgotten. A lot of people I had known had started to give up and quit the game, but I held onto it because I had faith.

Seeing how much the game has throttled the franchise forward is inexplicably amazing. A continuation of the anime with not one, but two seasons (with hopefully better animation than the first), a chibi anime coming out quite soon, a new male project branching out... It's so cool to see how this franchise has grown so much in the last year.

I may not have been around during the very beginning of the Bandori franchise, but it still means so much to me and it's so heart-warming to see it grow and succeed.

I'm ready to support the rest of the Bandori franchise, and whatever it plans to release next! 💕

If the Roselia members were teachers at my (really crazy weeb filled) school

Yukina- The Principal. Really strict at first, but once you've been at school for long enough, you find out she's really nice. Has a weak spot for cats.

Lisa- Maths teacher. Okay, but when I was in 8th grade, and when Riverdale was new, everyone thought this teacher was straight up a slut, simply because she looked like Mrs Grundy from Riverdale, but she's actually really strict and wants her students to get into the top class

Sayo- Assisstant Principal. "When you get back to school, I expect your uniforms to be in perfect shape. No makeup, no nail polish, no rings, no bracelets, no earrings and NO ROLLED KILTS" -Assisstant Principal. From what you've heard, she's a stick in the mud, but she can get hella competitive when it comes to her house winning the Swimming and Athletics Carnivals. She went full out on the Pirate theme last year, and decorated our building head-to-toe in pirate flags, and RED EVERYWHERE!

Ako- (Weeb) Music Teacher. I've posted quite a bit of him on SukuTomo, but I'll explain him to you guys here. He loves anime, gaming, and is really skilled at the drums. Surprisingly, he also likes Roselia, after getting led from a BabyMetal MV, and guess who his best girl is. Really lax, and gves us 8 prac lessons for every 10 lessons we have with him.

Rinko- Librarian. Really quiet. Never speaks, but when you challenge her to any video game, she will stand victorious above your beaten ass.
