I've been screaming about the past 3 pulls for a DAY NOW, i think i literally JOKED about getting Halloween Kasumi in my last post... its officially no longer a joke. i have gacha luck of the gods. i dont even- im just dumbfounded. like. wow. i'll see ya'll soon but this is kinda my last pull sooo.... with this kinda luck maybe i'll just wake up and find white day kaoru in my cards list. i'll let yall know if that happens. bye~

So, now i'll say some words about the birthday girl.

Kokoro, before I got into the fandom, I had 2 pieces of reference on the franchise. This 2-year old reddit post, in which you were said to be "worst girl" for MANY PEOPLE, and a bandori girl tierlist video, in which you were placed dead last of all 35 girls. safe to say, i expected to not like you, but i still tried to go in with an open mind. Kokoro, you're the sweetest, purest soul out there, and your only flaw is being too good to be true (AND YOOOO IN CASE ANY OF YALL DIDNT KNOW CUZ I LITERALLY DIDNT KNOW UNTIL LAST WEEK, KOKORO CRIES IN BS3 AND IT HURTS MY SOUL TO ITS VERY CORE). You've earned your place in my Top 10 by being an amazing, precious, albeit a little sheltered character who, despite their extremely pampered upbringing, has chosen not to be spoiled but to try to make everyone on earth as happy as she is. I love you Kokoro. Keep being you. :)

i caved and got D4DJ... i was planning to cave for project sekai but i COULDNT FIND IT ON THE APP STORE and nobody was around me to stop me from caving in general. so far i have some comments:

THE GAMEPLAYS SO HARD I- i consider myself to be a "pro" bandori player given i can clear any song and fc up to lvl 27, but I CAN ONLY CLEAR UP TO LEVEL 14 (NOT EVEN 14+) and ive had the app for like 3-4 HOURS.

i did that free gacha and paid for a standard. i have NO CLUE if 4* means in d4dj what it means in bandori cuz in the free gacha i got that saori girl from merm4id (I LOVE HER HAIR) in some card called "br!dging gap" or something and then LITERALLY A DUPE OF HER IN THE SAME GACHA and then in the standard gacha i got that hiiro girl from rondo (ALSO very nice hair) in a 4* of her applying lipstick????

if i actually got 2 4*'s in 2 pulls and 0 3*'S and those things mean the exact same thing in this game as they do in bandori than OOOOOOOOH-

ive always had notoriously horrible gacha luck in bandori, so either i have FANTASTIC LUCK IN D4DJ or i have normal luck and i didnt know what that felt like LOL

DO I NEED TICKETS TO TRAIN THE GIRLS???? IVE BEEN PLAYING FREE LIVES AND MULTI LIVES BUT THEY ARENT TRAININGGGG

Me thinking Tae was gonna finally get a 4* and Bushiroad didn't even give her a 3*:

This is also the first set prediction I got wrong, I thought Tae was getting a 4* and Rimi was getting a 2* LOL. But hey, I predicted every single hhw dino card AND morfonica painting card right so this is only a minor fracture to my MASSIVE EGO, lmao.

Overall, I think this set doesn't really stack up to the last 4 or 5 (dating back to painting Nanami) simply because the cards are less daring and also because these past sets have all been INSANELY HIGH-QUALITY LIKE W H A T . However, I think one character SAVES this whole set, and this character is:

PRETTIEST CARD IN THE FRANCHISE TAKING PLACE UNDERWATER INCLUDING TRAINED DONT @ ME ALL OF LETTER TO THE SEA CAN SUCK IT (this doesn't include cards kinda-taking place underwater like pasupare atsu atsutoku set)

EVER SINCE I SAW CHRISTMAS SAAYA I KNEW I WANTED MORE ANIMALS IN CARDS AND THIS DELIVERED. THE DOLPHIN IS AMAZING AND I LOVE THIS CARD SM FOR IT AHHHHH

I include this card for 1 reason, and this is the fact that as you can see by the bracelets in her previously-shown untrained, this hand is canonically kasumi's.

Overall, pretty fun set if not solely for Kasumi (and this is coming from someone who's fave popipa girl got the other 4* although the untrained IS hella pretty it kinda feels like something we've seen before)! See ya'll, have a great day!
