As I said in one of my previous posts, I’m not the biggest fan of Chisato (that being said, I don’t hate or dislike her, she’s just not my cup of tea character is all), but I feel like this comic is one of many factors that leads to Chisato being misunderstood at best and demonized at worst.

At first glance, it seems that Chisato is secretly insulting Maya in her head, pointing out flaws in her appearance such as her messy hair or eye bags. I thought that was the case at first, but I’m pretty sure Chisato’s not actually thinking these mean thoughts; Maya’s so insecure about her appearance that she just automatically assumes that everyone thinks she’s imperfect in terms of appearance, including Chisato. After all, Chisato was the one who suggested that Maya joined the band in the first place.

Overall though, I don’t like how the fanbase portrays Chisato as being meaner/colder than she actually is; I have a feeling most of it stems from her initial cynical nature in Pasupare’s first band story + her dismissive nature towards Kaoru, especially the latter.

WHAT HAPPENED.

ATTENTION: The EN staff put out a survey regarding the possibility of events being shortened to FOUR DAYS.

ememe said something similar here and their thoughts definitely line up with mine.

PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, VOTE AGAINST THE SHORTENED EVENTS. The EN staff has been incompetent enough already, but this is totally crossing the line. I've completely lost faith in them after the BS3 + Doremi collab fiasco, and if we get the event periods shortened even further, we're just going to get a repeat of the incident. I know I sound like I'm pushing my opinion, but the shortened events are absolutely NOT for the best, because that means less time to tier, less time to save stars, and worst of all, LESS TIME FOR LIMITED BANNERS.

AGHHHHHHH im upset.

i tried aiming for t100; i was in the top 60s earlier and i thought, “i can’t possibly fall below t100 after i go to bed lol.” BOY, WAS I WRONG. i used up ALL of my live boosts and a bunch of stars and sacrificed a bunch of my free time just to fall ONE digit below 100. >:(

at least i got my first t1000….so there’s that i guess

im tiering for one of us! i wasn’t originally planning on tiering but my gut told me to, plus i haven’t tiered since cycling seasons fresh skies. it’s surprisingly not as hard as i thought; i’ve remained in the top 1000 really consistently and i havent fallen from there. maybe everyone’s burnt out from the doremi collab; apparently that event was crazy competitive

i dont actually tier that often; it drains a lot of my energy. i got t5000 in tied to the skies and t2500 in cycling seasons fresh skies (no other events), i also remember attempting to tier in the 6th afterglow event back in 2018, but since i was still relatively new to the game and i had rather lackluster cards at the time it didn’t work out.

edit 12/21: im going to attempt going for t100! wish me luck

dont you hate when you break your combo in the beginning of a song and you have to live with that guilt for the rest of the song? that keeps happening to me. it's worse if you manage to keep a steady combo for the rest of the song.
