so i saw alanoodle's post and thought: "hey, i saw a sayohina card set like that before.." so i found them in bandori wiki and sure enough, i don't remember them in any events. Their set is called "bilibili".

Basically, Pastel*Palettes needed to make chocolates for Hina, and she wanted "rururun chocolate". They asked sayo if hina ever said"rururun" around her, and she told them this story:
