did i miss an en banner? yes. but i'm so much more motivated with jpn banners because they're NEW so here we go

she's so pretty N E WAYS she's,,, not terrible. powerful is a really abundant roselia type and it's pretty reliable. not the best and not the worst, just middle of the road. if you're really accurate and already have an all powerful team built, then she's great. if you don't already have a fully powerful team built or can't otherwise make one then she's v average and not worth scouting unfortunately

these are the cards that really break the system because they're above average in every category but middle of the road in individual stats. this card has the raw power of a card with a 60% score boost but it does boost the score 90% indefinitely, which is pretty good. i'd say this is a really reliable card if you think you can't guarantee all perfects/life above 900 when your skills activate. she's just a sweet and helpful girl :)
