Wait, I'm so confused... Do LAYER and MASKING show up in this event story?

Nevermind, just checked bestdori, they do show up in the event story. I'm so excited!!!!!!

Also, not sure if I want to pull for the new cards or wait for CHU2's 4*. If any of you guys have suggestions, please leave a comment.
