My BanG Dream JP game won't work I open the game and then it goes to a download page where it crashes and I can't get in. Does anyone know what's wrong?

My game is still broke I've tried freeing up storage space and it won't work. I'm going to try once more and if it doesn't work I'll consider starting another account.
