3 Star Analysis!
Long post ahead!
So, I rely on 3 stars. I've been playing since the 2nd event in WW, and I have 14 4 stars. My friend has 13 and they started, like, 3 months ago. :D Anyways, since I've been playing since the start, I have all the event cards except 1 I missed. I noticed, out of all my missing 3 stars, that I couldn't get Cool Moca and Maya from events and that they're super hard to get if you assume that 4 stars are impossible (my luck...). So, I wondered about the rest of the cast and made a table and noted some stuff. I didn't include RAS and Morfonica because they've only recently started getting cards.

Summary
- Can’t pull [color=pink]Powerful Arisa[/color] normally.
- [color=purple]Ako[/color] has 6 Cool 3*s. The most is 4 of a single attribute otherwise.
- Most ‘balanced’ band: [color=orange]Hello Happy World[/color] at 7 comments.
- Least’ balanced’ bands: [color=pink]Poppin Party[/color] and [color=purple]Roselia[/color] at 10 comments.
- (Assume that available means in the normal pool without any special reruns/limited banners/dreamfest. When I say gacha/event/limited-only, I'm referring to 3 stars.)
Hard to get
- [color=red]Pure Moca[/color]: 1 3* and 1 4* available.
- [color=red]Cool Himari[/color]: event-only, 1 4* available.
- [color=red]Powerful Tomoe[/color]: event-only, 1 4*
- [color=red]Pure Tomoe[/color]: event-only, 1 4* available.
- [color=orange]Cool Kanon[/color]: Gacha-only, 1 3*, 1 4*, and dreamfest.
- [color=turquoise]Powerful Aya[/color]: Event-only, 1 4* available.
- [color=turquoise]Cool Maya[/color]: Gacha-only, 1 3*, 1 limited 3*, 1 4*, and dreamfest.
- [color=turquoise]Cool Eve[/color]: Event-only, 1 4* and dreamfest.
- [color=purple]Cool Yukina[/color]: Gacha-only, 1 4* available.
- [color=purple]Happy Sayo[/color]: Gacha- only (crossover event), 1 4*

[color=red]Feel free to point out anything else you guys notice! I created the tables to find patterns and help people decide if they should buy event cards or pull specifically for cards. Note that Persona cards (and other crossovers) aren't in the store. Also, let me know if there's a way to stick multiple images on this post. The (#/#) is merely just showing the number of 3 stars per girl. Also, I don't think I'll update this until way more events come out. No guarantees either.
I apologize for any errors or typos! I typed 4* in my doc (made the tables with Microsoft Word too, so don't expect quality), but Bandori Party sees it as italicizing, so there might be some wonkiness in here.
