An ngo will be formed after choosing an organizational form like trust, society or section 8 company, preparing a memorandum and regulations, furnishing identity proof of members and getting registered accordingly. The ngo will be then able to claim 12a and 80g status for tax exemptions and recognition so that the ngo can collect funds for social causes.
