Hello!
My boyfriend has been trying to recover his account so he can play the CSM collab, but support keeps saying they cannot validate it’s his account. We have a 10+ email chain going on with them and unfortunately cannot provide a ton of specific info. The last time he played was probably 2021 and he never really documented any of his cards (only have about 10 known) or other info (stars, arena items, etc). He had a support ticket from 2019 with the same email that successfully recovered his account, though this apparently does not count as enough evidence that he owns the account.
Is his account a lost cause? Should I open another support ticket? Any advice would be appreciated o7
