HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY LAYER!!!!!!!!!!

Edit: Something weird happened with the background where it shows purple and blue through different parts of the drawing! Please ignore that ;o;

I tried to get this done earlier but it wound up taking longer than I thought it would (especially with the dynamic pose), lol. I'm so happy with how it turned out though!! I love the blending effects on Clip Studio Paint, they helped me so much-- especially Add Glow for the glowing parts of her costume.
