Ciao a tutti! Let's go back in time with the most dynamic duo of the group, two little pests who made their brothers damn and who, even if they often quarrel, in the end they love each other. And with this I greet you and wish you a good continuation. Saluti!

Bandtober : Day 20 (Childhood Friends)

[One afternoon - Arashi home salon]

(The cold had begun to take its toll now that it was the middle of autumn, and the trees were turning warm tones and gradually shedding their leaves. Oriko had stopped by to pay a courtesy visit to her friend. childhood that was intent on taking care of the house and her little brother, soon finding herself sitting on the armchair waiting for the other to join her.)
  • Oriko: "It seems like a century has passed since I came here ..."
  • Mirai: "Hikaru! Stop walking around the house naked and hurry up to get in the tub, you damn flea!"
(The time to hear the screams of the hostess and to see them both running around the room, leaving the guest speechless and with a puzzled look, dodging when the little one jumped on the sofa to shorten his escape route, but stumbled because of the carpet in front of his sister's feet.)
  • Mirai: "Well it suits you! I told you a million times that you have to stop throwing a tantrum!"
  • Hikaru: "I DON'T WANT!"
  • Mirai: "Can't you see you're making a fool of yourself in front of Oriko ?! Make sure you're good."
  • Hikaru: "LET ME GO! ONEE-CHAN!"
(He started wiggling when she took him, like a sack of potatoes under her arm, dragging him towards the bathroom. Oriko rubbed her nose slowly, once removed glasses on her lap, then ran fingers over her temples. picked a perfect time to pay her a visit, but deep down she found it funny, it reminded her a lot of when she and Mirai were kids.)

[About 7 years earlier - Park]

  • Mirai: "Are you ready?"
  • Oriko: "Not yet!"
(She ran around looking for the perfect hiding place, wanted to win that game of hide and seek this time, she just wanted to show her that she too was capable of camouflage. Oriko wandered a little longer before entering the pirate ship, crawling to crouch behind one of the barrels in the hold, then bringing knees to her chest and wrapping arms around them.)
  • Mirai: "ARE YOU READY?!"
  • Oriko: "I'M READY!"
(Mirai as soon as she had the signal went to look for her, giggling under her mustache, humming the theme song of a superhero cartoon she was always watching. Oriko was quiet in her corner, smiling at the thought of having finally won the game, having not yet been found, when she felt a pair of arms wrap around her head and make her scream out of fright.)
  • Mirai: "I found you!"
  • Oriko: "You're a bully, Mittan! You scared me! I don't play with you anymore!"
(The two girls left the structure, with Oriko in the lead followed by Mirai who was behind her, then reaching a bench where a middle school student was sitting, then the little girl with golden hair flung herself over the girl's knees and began to whimpering as she stroked her hair.)
  • Oriko: "Nee-san! Mittan bullies me!"
  • Momoka: "Don't be like that, she was definitely joking and didn't mean it, right Mirai-chan?"
  • Mirai: "We were just playing hide and seek... I found her and then she started acting like this..."
  • Momoka: "What did I tell you? It's not like you says-"
  • Oriko: "You're still the same bully, Mittan! You don't understand anything!"
(She quickly broke away from her sister as she pounced on the other one punching her arm, receiving a few slaps from her when she tried to free herself from the assault, being quickly caught by Momoka who held her hands firmly in her own.)
  • Momoka: "That's not what we do! Immediately apologize!"
  • Oriko: "She started it!"
  • Momoka: "ORIKO!"
  • Oriko: "It's not my fault!"
  • Mirai: "Momoka-onee-san!"
(The other child took her hands and stepped in the middle, looking straight at the girl in front of her, backing for her friend who was being rightly scolded.)
  • Oriko: "Mittan?"
  • Mirai: "Ko-chan's right! It wasn't her fault! Don't blame her!"
  • Touma: "May I know what's going on here? Have you been in trouble again, Mirai?"
  • Mirai: "Onii-chan?"
(On hearing the boy's voice, the kids broke away from the girl and they all looked at him. He too was a middle school student, with his uniform still on and with his hands full of shopping bags, looking at his little sister.)
  • Touma: "I went away for a moment to buy dinner for tonight and I find you doing damage."
  • Mirai: "But that's not true! We were just playing!"
  • Touma: "It doesn't look like it to me, Oriko looks like a river in flood with that red face full of tears..."
  • Oriko: "It may be, but Mittan didn't want to do it on purpose!"
  • Touma: "Okay, if you say so, then I believe you. Anyway I went to pick you up Mirai, Mom told me we have to be home in half an hour."
  • Mirai: "What?! But it's still early! I want to stay with Ko-chan a little longer!"
  • Touma: "You will see each other again at school tomorrow, right? Don't throw a tantrum, we have to go, come on."
  • Mirai: "I'm not going home with you!"
(She threw herself on the ground kicking and banging her fists against the dirt, making her brother sigh, who leaned over and put her on his shoulder as he waved at them. Oriko was shocked to see that reaction so violent, but so funny, that she laughed without realize this, then feeling her sister's hand stroking her head again and telling her that it was time for them to go home too.)
